There are three types of awards, granted consecutively consisting of the following:

The Award for Best Media Production on Arab Women:

is granted for media work that presents a fair, balanced and realistic portrayal of Arab women, advocates their issues, informs about their rights and promotes a responsive cultural environment favorable to women in society.The award 1st round was in 2006,2nd round was in 2009,and finally, its 3rd round was in 2011.
 

The Social Sciences Award:

is granted for research work on women in the various specializations of social sciences. One of its three prizes is allocated for the best study on women and peace. The award 1st round was in 2007,2nd round was in 2010,and finally its 3rd round is in 201 3(the deadline for  the submission of the researches is 30,May 2013 and the results will be announced in October 2013).
 

The Women in Science and Technology for Development Award:

is presented to Arab women scientists who made an important contribution to science and technology. One of its prizes was allocated to Arab immigrant women who have produced a scientific work that serves the Arab Region. The award 1st round was in 2008,and 2nd round was in 2011.
